I Went to the Shop for My services on July 19th, 2019 Let me start by saying that I am getting non-stop complements and inquiries about where I got my hair Braided. I received the best Lemonade braids by far and I’ve only had them a few times before. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Rose. She is great at her craft, as well as Madilia’s excellent customer service any questions I had she tried her very best to answer them and accommodate me to the best to her ability. There was no painful tension on the scalp before during or after my service. I had a wonderful experience would Definitely be coming back and Recommending others as well!!

Critical: ValueI typically go the the salon in dc, however, since it was Monday and they were closed I decided to try this location. I asked for boho braids and I even showed two pictures of the style that I wanted. I’ve gotten this style twice before at the dc shop and the cost was $210. The quality of this hair style at the Hyattsville is extremely low for what I’ve come to expect from Aisha’s braiders and I was charged more for the same style I get up the street at the dc salon. I’m annoyed cause I said and showed what I wanted but the girl braiding my hair didn’t understand English well and now it’s my fault some how that I didn’t explain what I wanted. I had my hair done here in November 2019 I start loosing braids in two days!!!!!. I called spoke with the manger her only concern was her money. I paid for service!!! Of $190.00 and was render a horrible service and the experience was a shame not to mention the other issues I had with this shop limited hair, over charge, attitudes, etc. Trying to patronize a new hair braiding shop was the wrong lick!! Stay away from this shop try the shop in DC. They will not see me or my money anymore!!!!!

My girl! She keeps the ladies in my life looking great. While the expansion seems to be going great. I think she needs to be a bit more attentive to formalized business practices and the assist receptionist needs to be a bit more experienced and polished. There is a place for formalized systems around the expansion plan. The braiding she has down pat, business practices, and scheduling need improvement and social media will help the new location along with surprise visits.

I have been a customer for about 3 years now being introduced to the shop by a co worker. I have never had a bad experience. I am so glad they now have a shop in the Hyattsville/Landover area, which is closer to my home, instead of having to go to Georgia Ave.
