Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAside from being about thirty minutes late the service was phenomenal!! They apologized for being late and they got right to work on my hair. They do take a long time when your braids are small and long but they do a really good job and my head doesn’t even hurt. If anyone uses this company, please be aware they want own up to there mistakes.Please please make sure your hair is the way you like it and match the picture. Because I gave them a picture for some box braids that turned out to be cute but too much hair was put in, to the point my head feels like a brick is on it. And for them to fix there mistake I have to pay them to fix it.

This is a shop that I used all the time. They’ve done different braids for me in the past, but my last few visits were for the crochet braids. Well this particular day, I called and asked could she take it down, wash it and put it back up. She stated yes and told me 130 would be the price. She (the mother) I assume took my hair done, ROUGHLY DRAGGED COMB AFTER COMB AND BRUSH THROUGH MY NATURAL HAIR. I informed her that she was being to rough. She kept going then got frustrated and told me to comb through it myself. no ma’am that’s what I’m paying you for. So when it was time for me to get it washed, she scrambled around in the back, heating up bottles of water to wash my hair. Come to find out, their wash sink doesn’t work. How are you doing hair and have no running water. Next problem, she did not wash all the shampoo out of my hair!!!!!! I mean it was so itchy. So I noticed when I got back to my chair as she is combing through my hair yet again, this time she is snatching my hair out of my head from combing so hard. I’m literally watching it hit the floor. So I ended up having to take over, she started braiding it down to crochet I had to ask her to stop to come back the next day because my head was in pain. I told her I would pay what I owed her for that day, she then says I owe her 100 dollars and she hadn’t even crocheted my hair yet.REALLY I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT SHOP AGAIN. They constantly change prices that are different over the phone. The mother will never get my money again, I should call the board to tell them about the water not working. Absolutely unprofessional scam artist of a mother!!!! Do me a favor ladies, stay out of her shop!!!!

I got there at 2 didn’t leave til 11:45 p m. The lasy kept stopping to look at her phone. My grand daughter got knottless braids it was ok my niece would’ve been faster though.

Positive: Cleanliness, ValueMy only complaint is the Wait time I made an appointment last time and still was told to come back 3 hours later for my daughters to get two Pocahontas braids . I really wish all these shops would start back honoring appointment times instead of letting a walk-in client go first because I make appointments for a reason it’s very difficult for a Child to have to sit and wait multiple hours without taking a break or eating versus an Adult .My only complaint is the Wait time I made an appointment last time and still was told to come back 3 hours later for my daughters to get two Pocahontas braids .
