Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went today and got small box braids. I am very satisfied with the results. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and I’m always satisfied with the results. I’ve actually moved from the area but still take the 45 minute drive.Service: Braids

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNow…I’m not one to picky with my hair but on certain occasions I want my hair a certain way and expect it to be done that way. I went earlier this year for long jumbo box braids….I did not however walk out with the hairstyle I wanted because they were trying to talk me out of getting it because I guess they couldn’t do it but didn’t wanna tell me. I walked out with shoulder length medium box braids. I had to pay almost 200 for it. They don’t give real prices for anything they just add on as they go. Now…I’m not one to picky with my hair but on certain occasions I want my hair a certain way and expect it to be done that way. I went earlier this year for long jumbo box braids….I did not however walk out with the hairstyle I wanted because they were trying to talk me out of getting it because I guess they couldn’t do it but didn’t wanna tell me. I walked out with shoulder length medium box braids. I had to pay almost 200 for it. They don’t give real prices for anything they just add on as they go. I will not be coming here again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy first time there with my daughter was great she didn’t even cry. The second time I had a 12 appointment an waited 54 minutes before being serviced. Once in a he chair the lady was upset the owner wouldn’t let her over charge me for the style. They argued about it like I wasn’t even there! The lady started my baby hair she was heavy handed and rough. Others were coming in for knotless and box braids so she was going so fast to get in on some of the big money. Even when I said it’s tooo tight she said it wasn’t! The braids were sloppy not neat like she was on a salon, I was charged $10 extra to put on beads!! She didn’t even lay her edges after styling! Made an appointment for me and two other people, we didn’t get our hair started on until 30 min to an after the appointment and then they would start a section and then do someone else’s hair.
