My 17 year old daughter went in as a beautiful platinum blonde and needed her roots touched up…..she came out with grey hair. The management refused to refund my daughter…..she was terribly upset! They charged my credit card $275 to ruin her hair!! We went to ULTA and they were able to fix it. This was a horrible experience and I am shocked that they did not care!!
