Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m so mad that I was NOT notified of New Ownership!!! I’m disappointed. I called in asking for a fill in/repair on my existing nail set from 3 weeks ago and was asked to come in immediately. I pulled up and was greeted by unfamiliar faces. The shop is now SNS only, which was never discussed over the phone prior to my arrival. I feel like after receiving services from them for the past 4 years, a notification of the change would have been great! I’m so mad that I was NOT notified of New Ownership!!! I’m disappointed. I called in asking for a fill in/repair on my existing nail set from 3 weeks ago and was asked to come in immediately. I pulled up and was greeted by unfamiliar faces. The shop is now SNS only, which was never discussed over the phone prior to my arrival. Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI was also surprised when I visited Aimee 3 weeks ago and ownership had changed. They had just moved into the space the day before so were a bit unorganized, but they did try. Loved the pedicure! Improvement in cleanliness! Oh my goodness they were so prompt and it did not take 2 hours which it did previously. The foot massage was heavenly! I only get manicures and was pleased. I was also surprised when I visited Aimee 3 weeks ago and ownership had changed. They had just moved into the space the day before so were a bit unorganized, but they did try. Loved the pedicure! The pedicure and foot massage almost put me to sleep, it was so soothing. I rarely wear color on my nails, but she gave me the full manicure, just no color in between the base and top coat. I brought my own pedicure color as, naturally, OPI has discontinued it.This is an A+++ salon. They make appointments and serve them before walk-ins. I had my first mani-pedi here today and am over the moon!! Sadie was my technician, and she went over and above. The pedicure and foot massage almost put me to sleep, it was so soothing. I rarely wear color on my nails, but she gave me the full manicure, just no color in between the base and top coat. I brought my own pedicure color as, naturally, OPI has discontinued it.

I left because it was rude to not acknowledge a customer or even let customer know that you will be with her shortly. So I eventually left. It was so awkward. I will never come back here and I dam sure wouldn’t recommend this place.
