My acupuncturist recommended Aimee to me for help with chronic pain management. I’ve needed massage for the last 26 years, and can honestly say that Aimee is the best massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. She intuitively knows how much pressure to use, how to get into spaces and iron out tension where my muscles need loosening up. We communicate throughout the massage, but she just seems to know where I hurt and how to handle it. She’s amazing! Every massage is a little different, since she addresses specific pain concerns that might be flaring up at the time. She has varied techniques, and really knows what she’s doing. She even gives me pointers on how to prevent muscles from spasming when I’m driving, or doing daily tasks. She has helped me so much and regular visits to Aimee are something I can’t live without!
