Yes, this place can get you in and out really fast! However, my issue is their customer service is horrible! Braids started slipping out day 2! Here it is almost 2 weeks later and I’m back again. This time they’re arguing among each other on who’s going to take care of her. One stated that the lady that did your braids isn’t here and you would have to come back when she’s available but not sure when she’ll return! My question was WHY? My point is they were not willing to accommodate my needs because they were been petty! Money wasn’t the issue for me the customer service was. Thankfully one of the ladies were generous enough to re-braid the ones that were missing. I don’t like spending money where there’s poor customer service! They were unprofessional and just rude!

First time doing knotless braid and I love it! I was in and out in 2 hour and 15 minutes. I was able to make an appointment the same day. I have pretty long hair and its colored – but they had the matching colors and did a great job, no issues. I’m super pleased. Thanks ladies, next time I’m back in Memphis I will be back!

I always receive compliments after I leave from Aicha’s Hair Braiding. This time I wanted a quick bun style still only because I was late for my appointment, however they did my style that I originally wanted & it didn’t take nothing but 4 hours. I love Aicha’s and loved my hair but I didn’t appreciate coming in waaayy before 6 other women and being the last one leaving and I had medium box braids. They all had 2-3 women each on their heads and the same hairstyle at that but mine got set for last and for that I can’t return but may your business continue to prosper! Thank you

I’ve been a customer here for years. Someone cancelled on me & I had to find someone else quick, because my hair was a mess. That was back in 2018, & they allowed me to come midday no appointment. I was just thanking God!!! I only get braids in the summer, so I may be a forgettable customer; but I don’t forget them. I love their fast service, good quality work, & even the Nigerian soap operas that we watch lol. It’s just a pleasant experience. When my appointment was cancelled I had went out & bought things like “Jam” I pulled it out and everyone started running towards me. I said “what’s going on?” They needed the Jam because the beauty supply store was closed, and we laughed for a while. I’ve been going ever since. I have an appointment at 8am & I’m excited like I’m going to see family.
