Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityI am very disappointed in the service I received and the quality of my hair. First off, this lady had a cold, flu or Covid and I didn’t realize it until after she started doing my hair halfway through. She sneezed on me and coughed on me. She had a mask on for the most part but did take it off at times. She was spraying Lysol. She made sure I kept my mask on but she took hers down at times. She took 8 hours to do bob and the braids were medium sized. I got there at 9am and left after 430pm. It was super tight and didn’t look anything like the bob I showed her. Also two days after leaving her shop, I had a fever of 102. I was so sick and so I tested positive for Covid. My husband and I both work from home and don’t really go many places. I ended up giving it to my hubby, and my 2 and 3 year olds. If she knew she was sick she should’ve stayed home and scheduled me another time. I am very disappointed in the service I received and the quality of my hair. First off, this lady had a cold, flu or Covid and I didn’t realize it until after she started doing my hair halfway through. She sneezed on me and coughed on me. Critical: ValueI’m more so hurt than upset. I am 24 years old I have been natural for years and I wear my hair in protecting styles on and off. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I have had so much hair loss from having the box braids from this salon. I understand having normal shedding from having a protective style in for a month or two, but this is way more than normal shedding. I wanted to post this for people who take good care of their hair, I would not recommend. I have had so much hair loss from having the box braids from this salon.
