I asked for medium to hard and he delivered just that and then was cautious of the sore spots I told him about prior. He hit every spot perfect! I also loved the spa! Great sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool! I would recommend this clean, priced right, beautiful day spa to anyone! Read the info on their page! I asked for medium to hard and he delivered just that and then was cautious of the sore spots I told him about prior. He hit every spot perfect! I also loved the spa! Both of the greeters at the spa were very delightful. From picking out the scent accompaniments to information about the various treatments to digging through bags of robes to help me locate my ring . Even Michelle in the locker room was very accommodating. My massage therapist ms. Mary was nice as well I did not like the treatment though. Not the therapist, just the treatment. I opted for the moisturizing wrap with Shea butter. It was very awkwardly done, lying face up for a full body wrap, causing the therapist to cave to dig under the body then pulling the cellophane from underneath didn’t seem very relaxing. Maybe I’ll just do a massage next time. That part was worth it. I have a facial scheduled for tomorrow so we will see if the team lives up to the expectation…

Due to Covid restrictions the all day use of the spa is no longer available. We have always used this spa to enjoy a day of pampering. The massage therapists are all wonderful. I just wished they had not changed the use of the facilities and still charge the same.

I enjoyed a full body massage by Liz who was exceptional. I told her my trouble areas and she addressed them to the point where I feel better than I have in months! I enjoyed the hot tub,pool saunas and the staff was professional and very friendly. Even the locker room attendant, whom I cant recall her name was attentive and very polite. I will definitely recommend Ahsi to my friends and family.

Critical: CommunicationStaying in the resort had a problem not having my ID due to being married a week before arriving we are in New York state residents and we’re never told we needed our IDs upon arrival. After proving I had a license to the DMV website we were allowed to stay. We made appointments for massages we’re never told that we needed an ID when we made the appointment to be turned away the next day from our massage appointments. Saying that the email stated we needed an ID.looking through the email it says if you are not in New York state residence you need an ID well we are New York state residents. the hotel experience and the spa experience was horrible especially that the manager was the one that made our appointments and never told us we needed our license upon arrival of our appointments had we had done so I would have explained what had happened and it would have avoided us waiting 24 hours for a massage booking are limited time around the appointment. I’ve been to both Ahsi and Skana several times and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. They are both individuals that are geared towards different experiences, which they deliver with quality and care. I highly recommend Ahsi for a quicker less immersing experience. Meaning, if you want to feel like you’ve been transformed into a completely different relaxed space away from the outside world, go to Skana. If you need a quick but thorough massage but you don’t have a lot of time, go to Ahsi!
