I scheduled a massage for my girlfriend and her best friend here. While the massage was great for both of them, I paid in advance for 2 90 minute massages, or at least I was told they would be getting 90 minute massages. They only got 60 minutes each and when I called in to ask about it, I was told sorry for the miscommunication and not offered a refund of any sort. The massages are high quality, just make sure you know what you are paying for and get a receipt.

I love this place; the only place I go for massages. Lupe + Nancy are great. Just be aware by the time you get in the room and everything gets started it’s about 45-50 minutes of actual massage time. This is not uncommon for massages in general and the rates are very fair for the time. It’s just something worth knowing if you haven’t been before.

Recently received the worst deep tissue massage I have ever had at this place. I was respectful and waited to call after the fact. Waited and heard back from the manager the next afternoon! Was offered 10 dollars off my next massage but in all reality after receiving such a terrible massage I will not be back based on this lack of accountability.. the place in the mall is much better and as a matter of fact the massage school would be a better value.. hit or miss is all I have to say.
