Been getting my haircut here for a few months, also used to take my little one, that stops today, I had called to make an appointment for 12, got there at 11:55, my stylist took another costumer at that time, I decided to wait, at 12:25 she was done with him and she was calling someone else up, told her that I was her 12 appointment and she said she had forgotten, I’m assuming the “manager” told her that I was going to have to wait because there was someone else that had been waiting there for 2 hours, got up and left
