Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have unused portions of packages (totaling $526) and the office is not returning any correspondence – voicemails or written. I heard from my technician that the doctor passed away suddenly. I’ve scoured the internet and they never published an obituary for him. I understand that this can be a challenging time, but failure to communicate with clients and failure to publish an obituary indicates to me that there is no intention to honor the monies paid by clients. I have unused portions of packages (totaling $526) and the office is not returning any correspondence – voicemails or written. I heard from my technician that the doctor passed away suddenly. I’ve scoured the internet and they never published an obituary for him. Just called this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service by receptionist Joanna. When trying to simply get information on packages for me and my little sisters, her tone was arrogant and she impatiently kept cutting me off. She very well could not be bothered to answer the phone, clearly she is miserable at her “job”. Being an HR manager, if I wanted business she would definitely be the first one to go. A receptionist represents a firm, definitely not going to this place is this is how clients are treated. Good luck Joanna with your miserable life.
