They are good, however very few workers and very very slow my daughter’s and I waited over three hours to be waited on. They are very high priced, especially just for a toe painting no manicure nothing just a painting. I nit sure if I will go back even though they did a wonderful job.

I’ve always loved this nail salon, but today after getting there early, 2nd in line (they were late opening), I was skipped over and would have had to wait for my pedicure. Horrible customer service. Pedicure

I usually do not like leaving reviews for mediocre service and tend to lean on the gracious side of life. But Upon arrival, I asked if I could look at the colors while waiting. The response I received was “no”. I’ve never been told I couldn’t pick out a color anywhere before service, so I had to make sure I heard correctly so I asked again. The lady again said, no. Then I waited over an hour to get my toes only cut and painted. After she painted them pink, I asked if she could do a flower design and again, she told me no. So I asked why and she said “we don’t do design on regular polish because we have to wait to dry”. I waited over an hour for their service but yet she couldn’t wait 10 mins for the polish to dry enough to get a design? Just unusually low-grade customer service for a nail salon. This is my only second time here and I won’t return. However, the Salon is very clean and the paint job is phenomenal but don’t expect friendliness here. The service we receive is not only based on job performance, but how you treat people as well.

Then I said I will wait and she said she doesn’t have any appointments available until weeks later. Which I know it’s not true because last time I visit they told me I didn’t need an appointment. Couldn’t use them, they ignored me when I came in, didn’t ask what i was needing done until after 10 mins of waiting… they finally acknowledged me once one of the workers came to check in two other customers that had walked in behind me (place wasn’t busy) & then made me wait longer. I ended up walking out…. I was honestly giving this place a shot cause my other nail place was busy. I won’t be returning.

The salon is nicely decorated but the customer services is lacking. I was able to get in and out (as I went early in the day). My tech was rude and said very little which is fine but her demeanor was not appreciated. It was as if I interrupted her from something really important . The was my first and last time visiting

I have wanted to use this salon numerous time, however every time I go in t they say I need an appointment. When I try and call to make an appointment nobody answered the phone. This has happened at least 4 times. I have not gotten a chance to use them because they do not return or answer calls.
