Arrived on time for my appointment yet no one acknowledge me for over 15 minutes. The gal I had an appointment with finally peaked out and said she’d was still with another client, but she’ll be ready shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and still nothing. Eventually, another stylist took care of me but had the character of a no-expression, mute that did not really care. On top of that, the place was dirty. Sure, hair on the floor, but when was it last swept? Other areas around each station were dusty and cruddy.
