The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. One young lady gave me a quick tour of the locker room and spa. The facilities are beautifully decorated and comfortable. They have robes, shoes, snacks and water for you. I had a 50 minute CBD massage. It was over too soon. Should have gotten the 80 minute. My time spent in the spa and lounging was worth it. If you want a quaint spa getaway with ambience, this is the place.

I was simply not impressed with this spa. Disappointing customer service and we did not feel anymore relaxed after our massages. If anything, our muscles felt tighter than before. Please try to be a bit more welcoming and friendly, it will go a long way.

Scammers forcibly charged a 20% “tip”. This is not mentioned in the price list. “Tip” is for waiters after you separately paid for the food. Over here, I paid for a masseuse!

Got a mud wrap for the first time and it was very nice and relaxing. Would recommend the longer treatment time though if you can fit it in your schedule

My husband and I needed to get away from the winter and chose to spend New Years here. Was a wonderful experience. We both had a wonderful massage, hung out near the waterfall pool, got sun, were served lunch, then went individually to enjoy the private facilities for men and women. There they had a gorgeous steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, with a “rest” room where you could sit around in your robe and drink tea, coffee and eat little healthy treats that the spa had prepared. They also had a gym and trainers if you were so inclined. We definitely plan to go back again!
