Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI decided to take a risk coming here and I deeply regret it. Not only did the hairstylist mess up the haircut I asked for, she also dug her clippers into my neck and continued to apply pressure as I pulled away. When I asked to end the cut she wanted me to pay full price for the damage she caused. I tried to negotiate a lower and more fair price for the very few things she got right but she bursted out in anger and cussed me out in her native language. The other hairdresser then stepped in, shoved his phone in my face and took a picture of me (without permission or warning). After they both demanded that I pay full price again, the male hairdresser threaten to call the police. I paid out of pity because I realized that it was a struggling business with many flaws that range from the rude and unprofessional staff to the run down aesthetic (very dirty) that desperately needs work done. Not only did the hairstylist mess up the haircut I asked for, she also dug her clippers into my neck and continued to apply pressure as I pulled away. When I asked to end the cut she wanted me to pay full price for the damage she caused.
