I went to Aging Backwards to inquire about weight loss options. I was prescribed MOUNJARO. Unfortunately, after my first injection, I became violently ill: 5 days of vomiting and diarrhea, rancid belching, body aches, weakness, exhaustion. I had negative reactions for 9 days. I called Aging Backwards three consecutive days, to alert them about my adverse medication reaction. I was given Zofran, which didn’t help. On the third day, the receptionist told me she would ask Kelly, Nurse Practitioner, about a medication to stop the diarrhea. I never received a follow-up call nor any direct contact by the Nurse Practitioner. It was scary to be so sick and not have the Practitioner give more assistance/advice.
