I only wish that after all the email and text reminders about the time of my appointment, I didn’t have to wait 20 mins past my appointment time when I arrived on time (early actually). Running behind on appointments is understandable if only it would have been communicated by someone ahead of time OR at my appointment time – while I’m sitting in the lobby staring at the front desk staff members who are talking to each other.
