I come here for my Brazilian waxing and every girl I’ve been scheduled with has been amazing, even with different techniques. They all know what they are doing, very friendly, very professional, and in a convenient location in the mall as I work at a salon on the other side! If you work in the mall they offer an employee discount! Calming atmosphere and easy scheduling with reminder texts sent right to your phone. This is the only place I go now.

Critical: QualityIt was my first and last time at Ageless spa. I thought it was very tired and depressing. I was scheduled for a 1hr DEEP TISSUE massage. It was the worst massage I ever had. It was less than a “fluff” massage. Upon leaving I let them know I was very disappointed in the massage and still had to pay for a basic massage. Very disappointed.

Had one scheduled for June 2021.they called the day of saying someone had called out sick.and then again on August 7,2021 again same day of they called and canceled again.it’s ashame that they can call you 5 hours before your appointment to cancel.but if you cancel less then 24 hours of your appointment you get charged.this is by far the worst customer service!I have now scheduled two appointments since March. Professional and polite staff. I called last minute to schedule and appointment. The staff memeber I spoke with looked at the schedule to see if there was a time they could get me in thar day. Due to restrictions because of the health pandemic they were booked and could not get me in. I appreciate the staff taking the time to see if they could squeeze me in. I will be making a future appointment. Professionalism and good customer service goes a long way.

I live 30mins from elmira. I was trying to get a some giftcards. Checked the company website for hours of operations and they stated they were open from 9:30am-6pm. Showed up to this location at 5pm. Their lights were on but doors were locked, i tried to call the store to see if there was a change… straight to voicemail. I even saw someone inside the store and they ignored me. Called the next day, they verified their store hours were 9:30 – 6pm. I called the operation manager for them to basically tell me I was at fault for not calling before hand even though their hours of operation was 9:30-6pm and got hung up on. I honestly don’t know how this business is even in operation. I felt like I did what i was suppose to do as a customer and looked at the website for operation hours, but got no accountability from management for misleading info on their website. By the reviews they seem to have poor operations from this business. I would take my services elsewhere and safe the hassle and headache of dealing with the poor customer service and management.

I got had a message there 1 time. When called to book another appointment I was told the therapist moved to another spa. Booking an appointment online today was a disappointing no go. After 5 emails it seems none of their ala cart services are available. I was treated like an inconvince not a client. It will be interesting to see how long this no star rating stay posted.
