Bought this coupon a few days before our trip to Colorado for my daughter and I for a foot soak and hand wax. I called right away when the website said they were open. I left a message because there was no answer and then sent a text, as was instructed, to another number. Got an immediate return text saying Danielle would be calling to set up my appointment. After not getting a call, an hour later, I called and Danielle answered the phone. She made my appointment for 2pm. Not even 3 minutes after we hung up, she called back to tell me she did not know her assistant had already filled that time slot. I told her about my communication attempts. She offered me to come the next day in the afternoon, but my son was off work and we only had two days until we left back for Minnesota. I’m quite sure I was the first call and should have been given the appointment. I’m also pretty sure it was the assistant who texted me back, then filled the time slot. I was very disappointed. Not good business practice!
