I had a ninety minutes massage here. I felt so stressed before walking in and felt so so so much better after I left. All my back and neck muscles felt so relaxed. The masseuse did not ask me if I wanted her to focus in an specific part of my body – which some places do, but I did not mind as I felt I needed a massage throughout my body. The spa is clean, pricing is fair, staff is nice, and they were understanding when I called ahead of time to inform them that I was running about 15 minutes late. The only complaint I have is that they put me in the FIRST room as soon as you enter the spa, I wish they had me further back because there people were coming in or calling and I could hear the person in the front desk really well. There was soothing music playing in my room but the walls must not be soundproof at all. I will definitely come back, but kindly request to be further back.

I would highly recommend this spa. Such a relaxing space. I believe they recently switched management, and this comes with a slew of upgrades to the space. Everything looked very clean and safe, which I greatly appreciate when trying to go somewhere to relax (especially the bathrooms! I think I put more emphasis on cleanliness of bathrooms for some reason and this massage parlor did not disappoint in that category).

I went to this spa for the first time today for a one hour massage. The environment was very welcoming and peaceful. It was also very clean and the staff was very professional. Lily, the owner, was my practitioner and her gentle manner put me at ease right away. She did a combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage and I could not have been more pleased. She knew how to apply just the right amount of pressure where it was needed. I left the appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed and decided to make an investment in myself by coming for massages more often, not just for an occasional treat, but because I know they are an investment in my health. The prices are also very good and they have gift cards available for purchase. I will definitely return.

I got a couple massage for my wife and I for the first time. The service was awesome. The rooms were not sound proof so you could here a little bit of the conversations in the other rooms, no biggie to us but besides that we loved the massages and we will be coming back.

Highly recommend this place. I was a client of Lily before I moved to California. Really missed her wonderful Swedish massage combined with Chinese acupressure. Her massage was so helpful to my sore neck and lower back problems. Weekly visits to her spa was life-saving during busy days. So when I came back to the area to visit I contacted her and found her recently moved to Ageless Health Spa. I came to the quiet and clean place and had a great hour of massage with Lily. So relaxing!

First time been to this spa. There are about six or seven private rooms, very clean and comfortable. The lady who gave me massage was Lan, who has very good skills. This is my first time here. She gave me both body massage and foot massage within the one hour. I liked both. She could identify the pain point and work on releasing the pressure. Will definitely go back again.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The ambiance is nice. You’re clothed when you get your massage which is very comforting. It also helps if you’re ticklish like me. Lily was very adaptable to my pressure limits and was very nice. I’m definitely returning and telling everyone I know

I got a deep tissue massage from John at Ageless Health spa. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards, especially around my neck. The spa has a new management team. The place is clean and nice. Everybody there is pleasant and professional. Highly recommend it!
