I had an awesome experience at this spa. I am from California and I had my lips done for the first time there, 8months ago. I am getting married this weekend and wanted to have a touch up done and a little Botox. I had called this Spa requesting an appointment and looking for a good deal, based on other shops I had spoken with. Not only did Nichole offer me a great price but told me about 2 points programs that would offer me more discounts at their Spa. For this session as well as future ones. Nichole ended up doing my face as well. She was very friendly and informative about all procedures. She made sure I was nice and numb, which helped tremendously with lips. She talked me through the process and was very nice and fast..I was very satisfied with her work as well as her demeanor. I highly recommend Nichole for your facial upgrades.

This is my third time at Ageless Esthetics- I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ashley, Mary Jo, and Madelyn. Every person here is specialist you can’t go wrong. 7 months later and I’m still living the injections I received from Mary Jo. Today, I got a very custom and specialized facial from Ashley. She gave such a great lymphatic drainage massage and she really knows how to be warm but also allow room for relaxation. I have had several procedures done at ageless and I have never left disappointed. I would also add that the people who work here are just down to earth, friendly, accommodating people. After 2 long consults with Marti and Nichole, they were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I decided to move forward and I received injections in my forehead. Nichole is the only person I would 110% trust with my face. I went back for a follow-up and we put a few more syringes around my eyes. I also got a chemical peel from Marti. I decided to try RHA and get my cheecks filled. The before and after is just incredicle. I will continue to use Nichole and her team at the Rochester Ageless Esthetics. All staff is super kind and warm. They always goes above and beyond listening to my concerns and I would never trust anyone else to do my treatments.
