I can not say enough about Melissa Dusseau! At the ago of 40 is when I really started looking at my skin and realized I was not where I wanted to be or look! Melissa could tell me to jump off a cliff and I would! I trust her in every way with my skin and I have never been happier. I went in about 3 weeks ago and received a replacement for the VI Peel. I then followed up in their office about a week ago to discuss the lack luster results. I paid $250 for a peel that did not work. I wish I would have known before I drove to the office that I would not be getting the same peel I had in November 2021. The staff was very nice etc. But one of the estheticians wanted me to wait another 3 weeks for optimal results. I got NO results with the replacement peel and when it comes to chemicals one size does not fit all. I will not be going back here for further services. I have lost all confidence in this establishment. A refund/credit should have been offered as the acne on the sides of my face and my chin were still there. I also experienced HYPOPIGMENTATION with this “comparable” peel. Again, I paid $250. Keep the 250, but you lost another client. Also, I have NEVER seen the physician. I would think she would at least drop in to introduce herself and or do quality control. No such luck. Bad business all the way around.

I have to say that this has been the best experience I’ve had when it comes to minimizing/removing scars on my back and face due to acne. At the moment I have only done 1 hydrofacial session and 3 sessions of the fractoral. For my face I have done the hydrofacial along with 1 session of the fractoral and on my back I have done 1 full fractoral session and 1 fractoral session just targeting the roughest scars. When I tell you that you see results, YOU SEE RESULTS!! I’ve been through accutane, creams, chemical peels, oral medication and so much more. I never thought I would be able to have my back look so smooth as it does right now. I’m so thankful for Dr. Anayo and her team, everyone there is so sweet and caring! Stefanie has been the one that has done my treatments for both my face and back and can testify along with Dr. Anayo my transformation. Thank you Stefanie❤️ I know there is much more to work on but I’m so hopeful that what once someone said was impossible, God is there to prove us wrong. So thankful God lead me to Ageless Aesthetics! ❤️
