I went here as a recommendation from my nurse after crying to her that I hated how I was looking and I was very skeptical but let me say being a very honest person, these girls will make you love yourself again!! It’s magic I swear, they are both so sweet and encouraging and work with you to get results (everyone’s body is different but I lost 31 lbs between 3 and 4 months with no insane routine) I’ve had more energy and I just feel better all around, if you are skeptical like I was don’t hesitate pull the trigger and try it out!! I cannot say enough about these women and the methods!
