I bought some gift certificates around Christmas for a great price. Sadly myself and everyone I’ve given them to have been unsuccessful at booking. It’s going on 8 months now and not even one of us have been able to book a massage yet. Very disappointing and embarrassing. I have even left messages with no return calls. I rate a 1 because the 1 massage I did receive was good.

Be prepared to have your appointment cancelled. Very difficult to even get an appointment. It’s been 8 months and haven’t been able to schedule. You can only call between 10 AM and 2 PM one day a week; be prepared to keep calling. Not unusual to call 80 times in a row because their phones are so jammed with people trying to make appointments.

The massage is good. However, I have been calling since April (it’s almost November) every 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, but I have been told their therapist(s) is/are “not feeling well” and I was asked to call in another 2 weeks. Couple times I was able to schedule appointment, but it was cancelled anyway. I still have about 15 gift certificates that I paid for and I cannot use it. It’s frustrating!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityNever heard of such bad customer service. I have been scheduled for a massage with this place 6 times now and they have canceled on me every time!! Best part is every time they call me to cancel it’s an hour before the massage or the day of!! So as I’m planning my week out and taking work off to get a massage, they just keep canceling me. Very inconsiderate!! Why do you keep scheduling someone then canceling them? How do these therapist just cancel there patients like this over and over again? They don’t care about other peoples times. I will never be going there again and will reassure people to never go there, it’s definitely not worth your time people!! They never ever are open. They sell gift cards and never answer their phone. They don’t know schedules of their massage therapist until the same week. The ONE time I actually got a massage was amazing. The therapist was great and they play gospel music which was awesome. But answer your phone guys! ALWAYS cancel the day of or an hr before. Take appointments.

I have been calling every week for over 2 months now and they always have an updated voicemail greeting stating we will re-open on such and such date and then when you call back on that date, there is a new voicemail recording that they are closed again….over and over again for nearly 3 months. I did enjoy coming here when the business was open and functional!
