I went in to have skin tags removed. They insisted on two visits at $150 per visit & insisted I pay in full at the time of each visit. The 2nd visit was 9/30/21. The medical care was adequate. I did give them my insurance information during the first visit but they informed me that my insurance did not cover the services I was requesting. After paying for both visits in full, they submitted a claim to my insurance company which paid the claim with only a $20 co-pay expected from me. I left a message in Nov. & spoke with a billing rep in Jan but never received a response. Their billing department seems to be uninterested in answering phone calls or returning messages. I just left another message, following which, in 2 weeks, I will report them to Cigna for billing fraud.

Agape is a remarkable place. The whole entire staff is kind, caring and extremely helpful and efficient. That really does make a difference. I brought my 87 yr old father there with what appeared to look like a bad case of eczema which looked terrible. My father had hidden this during the winter with more clothing and was using a completely wrong type of lotion on it. I was shocked to see it. I brought my father to Agape and instantly got the feeling this was not the place for him. It’s gorgeous inside and looks more like an office that only does cosmetic work. Boy was I wrong! We had Paul A. Mallari examine my father and in several minutes knew exactly what my father had. Other doctors wanted to do a biopsy first and wait more time for results. At 87 my father did not want that and neither did I. A nurse at his primary care office suggested Agape. In 2 weeks my father was amazingly better all thanks to Paul A. Mallari. He has a beautiful personality and is very easy to talk to. He is incredible, professional and extremely qualified. I didn’t think I would ever see my father looking so good again with clear skin. It looked so much better in only 2 weeks. No biopsy just incredible knowledge. Thank you Paul A. Mallari!

The front office staff was nice and so was the doctor but it was so fast. I felt like it was rushed as soon as I was called in. And they have me a really fast overview and didn’t tell me anything about the after effects from my treatment and what to expect. They just said I would have to come back in two weeks? And then when I call to get some information either they never answer it goes straight to the answering machine. We had a guy answer today and he was completely rude. He didn’t Tell me to hold or anything he just transferred me over to a random number. So I don’t know if I’ll be going back to this location. Unfortunate because it’s nice.

I am posting from my husbands Google account, first I wanna start by saying this is the cleanest most beautiful and professional spa I have ever been to. I started coming here in 2013. And from my first visit I was absolutely amazed at what an amazing job Paul did. Very humble and kind Doctor. What I appreciate most is that he’s very confident in what he does, and he listens. So after a couple of years I moved back to the Boston area. So I started going to a different spa. Bad move. It was way overpriced and the tech dropped my eyebrow with the Botox. Aside from that horrible fact, I believe the product was watered down. So I tried another spa in Boston. Again extremely overpriced and I could t see ANY results. That was it. This past January I started going back to Agape and seeing Paul once again. The ride and the time out of work is so worth how happy I am every time I leave there. I will never go anywhere else. The girl at the desk (Karen) makes you feel so welcome and answers all and any questions and works miracles with the scheduling! If your questioning wether or not to go to agape… stop doubting yourself and just make an appointment! You won’t regret it!
