Absolutely adored Crystal! I needed a service done, and she was quick to get me in last minute. Painless to say the least! She is a very experienced women, and made me feel so comfortable. You don’t have to deal with overcrowded parking lots. Also, it’s located right by a Starbucks (WIN!). Crystal the owner, has the best skill for waxing. Her technique is unmatched. I’ve gone and dealt with other companies/people and I’ve experienced ingrown hairs that take months (MONTHS!!) to out grow. When I first went to Crystal she corrected my ingrown problem I had experienced with a very well known wax company. She had the patience it took to make down there look beautiful again. Her technique is unmatched but more importantly her personality – she makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I’m naturally very shy and quiet. She can easily make you feel warm and will adapt to your comfortable level quickly. I live in Dallas can get can a wax person close by but I choose Crystal because I don’t play with down there!
