I went to this salon a total of 3 times, it had been referred to me.. it is a clean place and and the staff was nice but I am not one bit pleased with the esthetician I had.. she is unprofessional, isn’t good at hearing the clients needs, since she did get upset and treated me poorly when I kindly asked her not to do certain things on my sensitive skin, among other things. I had paid 75 for the first two facials in which the reception had charged me, on the 3rd visit, the esthetician charged me and she charged me $110 without ever telling me that there were add on charges for whatever treatments she was doing on me and when I questioned it, she responded with “yeah, that’s what I feared you’d say”??? I left very upset and hurt because I struggle with my skin and to put my trust in someone who I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE only to get treated as if I am meaningless is very disappointing.
