the service and staff at after hours is the absolute best! they are so friendly and are excellent nail artists! i have gotten acrylics, gel artwork, and dip manicure from Kieu who is the absolute BEST around! everyone i know goes here. i recommend after hours to everyone who wants quality manicures and artwork. Nat is so friendly too, always offering clients a luxury experience with drinks if they want it!

After Hours Nail Salon is by far the best nail salon I have been to! The staff is extremely attentive, professional & passionate about their craft. They treat every guest like family and always offer snacks and wine when I come in. I go to Kieu for all of my appts and she is absolutely the best, an amazing and creative nail artist and has brought my nails back to life! I highly recommend this salon!

I had a really great experience. I was in town basically as a long layover and decided to get my nails done. Natalie was super accommodating and did such a wonderful job on my gel manicure. Well priced too! Not sure next time I’ll be in Baltimore but you can bet I’d stop back in here again!

I really wanted to love this place based off all the great reviews but I will give it 3 stars and here’s why. My nails turned out quite decent , BUT the nail tech that did my nails ,Susan, was not friendly at all. I was there for a good 2 hours and she didn’t say a word to me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Whereas Natalie was extremely friendly to her clients and was very nice to me. So since I got dip, when Susan applied the tips, I told her nicely that I didn’t really like how the tips were kind of visible and see throguh and I wish it was a bit more opaque, but the way she replied was not nice AT ALL. She didn’t speak to me the entire time but when it was time to tip, she started complimenting me which seemed quite fake considering she had not said a word to me those 2 hours I was there . All in all, if I’m back, I hope to get serviced by Natalie she seemed way nicer and knows how to treat her clients well from what I observed.

Staff was super friendly, the work was done well, and based on eavesdropping it’s clear they have a lot of regulars. Price was also very good! However—they specifically told me to arrive at 9:15 am on a Saturday. I double checked the time, because google shows they open at 10. She confirmed 9:15. I was there, as was another customer who’d been told the same thing. We were waiting outside for 15 minutes until the staff rolled in at the crack of 9:30. They didn’t acknowledge that they were late for their own appointments, they didn’t offer any apologies or discounts, they just unlocked the door and started doing their opening duties, so I didn’t even get started until 9:50 and my parking meter was halfway done. Also, they have mice.

Let my say that Natalie and Susan are literal angels here on Earth! This was my mother and I’s first time visiting the shop and before I even entered the building, Natalie made sure I had what I needed! Both ladies were extremely patient and helped us choose what colors/designs we wanted for my birthday celebration and when I tell you… their work is amazing! I’m officially a life long customer and so is my mom!! 🙂
