So typical with these tanning salons to close whenever they feel. This past Saturday they were closed again. Same thing happened last month a week before Christmas, it was also a Saturday. I wish I could find a salon that stays TRUE to their hours! I don’t understand. Are you trying to save your bulbs as often as you can by closing a day or 2 out of the month? I hope people that have month to month packages get an extra day or 2 for the monthly inconveniences.

This is a great place to tan. The owner is friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. Rooms are Sterile and smell great. Beds are state of the art tanning beds and have new bulbs in them all the time. I have gotten the best tans from there. I love the stand up and bed #1. I highly recommend stopping buy.

I’m not a frequent tanner. I’ve done it before, years ago, and understand the process somewhat. But if I come to a place for the first time I expect a little assistance. I purchased a 30 day pass to get ready for summer. Facility was nice. Girl at the front didn’t help guide me through at all though. Didn’t recommend a time limit for me, nor which bed. Was totally going to let me go into a level 2 for 12 mins if I wanted to without even asking about tanning experience , and y’all… I’m very pale. She should’ve given me some direction. Didn’t point out where to get stickers, goggles, or where to out goggles after. She put me in a room, then put somebody else in the same room, so as I’m laying there basically naked waiting for the bed to turn on, the door is UNLOCKED, OPENED, AND LEFT OPEN. Not okay. No apology was ever given. I had to get dressed and go see what was going on for her to even turn on the bed. She had mixed up the room numbers. Like I said I purchased a 30 day pass so I’ll be going back for the month and may update my review accordingly as the month goes on if it improves. But for now… 2 stars for atmosphere..0 for customer service.

I love to tan here. The ladies are very polite and honest. I left a really expensive necklace behind one day and didnt notice until hours later. The lady up front had already put it to the side with my name on it. Beds and rooms are always clean its never a long wait. I absolutely love tanning here! Definately would recommend to anyone!!

The new owner didn’t care that I was only able to come in 3 times for a month paid for tanning, because my daughter didn’t have a good experience with preschool at age 3, 2 yrs ago. I tried to figure out a way to work out something but she didn’t care. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place due to the new owner and her horrible attitude.
