I went in as a walk-in for a haircut and blow dry. I wanted a treatment for frizz and inquired about other services that I might want to get. I had seen online that they also did scalp treatments and massages. The receptionist was friendly, but told me that all frizz and other treatments would be in their hair products that they would use for my blowout. When I got seated, I got a regular wash, and didn’t get asked about the scalp or massage treatment. The cut was great, however, my blowout was not. When I paid they didn’t offer me any of the products that I had inquired about. As soon as I got into my car, I realized the base of my hair was still very wet and they didn’t put any hair serum to tame my frizz. I walked out with a haircut and a semi-blow dry. I would have easily paid for the keratin blow dry and styling products along with a cut, and would have scheduled a color appointment for next time.
