I went for Starter Locs. Lauren is phenomenal! Great vibes from the start. She was very informative when I asked questions and voiced concern about my hair and scalp; very engaging and a total “no judgement” zone. Her shop is immaculate and she wiped down every surface before and after seating me and another client at the shampoo bowl, her chair and the dryer; making me feel safe to be there. DEFINITELY going back to have her maintain my locs and I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!!

I wish I found Lauren,at Afrobabii’s when my daughter started her loc journey. Lauren is personable, knowledgeable, professional, fast, neat and she’s not trying to get her house mortage payment off one head, her prices are very reasonable. I appreciate her, she’s official. We will be going back.
