While the haircuts here are good, the professionalism and punctuality of the shop is terrible. I showed up last month on a Sunday after being told over the phone that they would be opened for walk-ins on Sunday and the shop was closed. Most recently, I made an appointment over the phone and when I showed up, T was not there for my allotted time. Making appointments and then missing them completely defeats the point of appointments, and I’m done driving all the way to the store for these frequent mishaps. To those who value their time, look elsewhere.

Great Haircut.. One of the best in the area. However, they claim to work by appt only but when you call to set an appt they never want to make one. They rather walk ins which take hours to get in the chair. It’s frustrating because I call the main barber days in advance, 3 days, and he refuses to give me a time for the day im looking for. Im a busy guy who has been a faithful customer. However, im going somewhere else to get my hair cut due to the lack of organization and wasting my time. claiming to call back and never does. Great cut, awful & terrible structure and organization. If your time is precious go to a barber who has an appt system.
