I found this braiding shop online. I was looking for a less congested shop and one that was more customer friendly. Yes it’s nice and clean but their policy of bring your own hair or pay for it there is not posted anywhere in the shop. I got my hair braid and once the broader was finished she proceeds to tell me it $2 per pack of hair and that they forgot to tell me so they won’t charge me this time but next time. Well guess what there won’t be axnext time. I’ve been getting my hair braided at very popular salon in PG county for over 25 years and I’ve never paid for hair unless it was for human hair. I think this is the worst policy you can have an then you don’t have it posted at all. You don’t wait til you braid the customers hair and tell them they owe more than what was quoted. You lost a great potential customer. Will never recommend this place.

The price here is ridiculous and the women aren’t afraid to show their attitude and argue in front of customers, which i find very unprofessional. I wanted to get Senegalese in my hair, but it was so expensive that I ended up getting braids instead which still cost me $150 (still too much) for medium length. So here’s my review, hope you find it helpful

I don’t even know where to begin…before going to the shop, I called for price and she told me 180; I asked how long it would take for that hairstyle and the person said 4-5 hours, so I set an appointment up for 11am. I went in at 11am and all the ladies were occupied with hair, so the lady stopped doing someoneso hair to start mine (which my hair wasn’t touched until 1130am). Then the lady told me that hair was extra…and I told the lady that I spoke to on the phone that she didn’t say that and she replied “well you didn’t ask me if hair was included. ” so she said $10 per pack of hair…….needless to say I will.never go back. A hairstyle that they said would take 4-5 hours took over 8 hours! I was there from 11am to 8:44pm! Never again!! And it was shoulder length spring twist!! Oh yea, she bounced back to the other ladies hair 3 times by the way.

First off let me say tht i went to this place because i live closeby and i wanted to try something new. I paid 225 for SENAGALESE twist. This lasted nearly a month. When I first got them done. I liked them. It wasnt until they started coming out because they wanted to twist on little strand s of hair did i go back to them. I had to come back twice in one month to get some of my twist back in. The first time there was a lady tht advised me tht the other braider braided my hair should of guided me about the status of my hair nd about the size if the braid tht the twist would not last. So she said off of the strength of tht they would twist it again . THEN I go to work and i got braids coming out and on the floor at my place of business.UMMMM THATS NOT COOL. I go back to them and let them know. They didnt evem get up and acknowledge their poor work. Nonchalant attitude. I wont be going back at all. They apologize but said so what do you want us to do? smh. And you call yourselves professional’s. Nope not again.

First time at this shop, I asked for 4 cornrows with extension and the one of the cornrows did not match the one opposite side. It was completely noticeable the the parting was also off, so I politely asked the lady to redo the one cornrow,and she told me no. When i asked why she complained and another worker jumped in. It was a huge argument and alot of back and fourth in front of the other customers; I was so embarrassed.UNACCEPTABLE. There CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor, they need to learn that the customer comes first. I wont be going back

I came in this shop for five feed ins.. the staff was very rude and unprofessional.. the First Lady that did my braids had them twisted to the side.. she took it out and did it twice, after that I stated I would find another shop to get my hair done at.. another lady rushes over and asks me to give them one last try.. she did an okay job but she braided so tight that I couldn’t lay on my head and I had to take them out.. it felt like she was literally pulling my hair out of my scalp.. 65 dollars for okay braids and after waiting there for 4 hours trying to get my braids right, I’ll never return again!
