First and foremost I will never visit this shop ever again. The braider I was assigned was 4 hours late. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the shop, they notified me that my assigned stylist was running late. I ended up with someone who braided too2to tight. I asked the braider to use two colors of hair, and I didn’t even realize that she used more of one color than the other, and it was not an even mixture. When I first made the appointment, I asked if they accepted credit or debit cards. When it was time to pay, they mentioned that they only accepted cash app or zelles. I didn’t have neither apps and had to download both since it was taking the zelles app a longer time to complete the process. Overall all I would not recommend this shop.

my experience here was not a pleasant one at at. I have a shorter medium length curly fro I called ahead to ask if they did feeding con rows at this location, they confirmed. When I arrived naturally they were speaking in french which is completely fine, except when I know you’re speaking negatively about me. I previously gotten my hair down in conrows with a woman I usually go to NO PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER. Their blow dryer was like one you find in the hotel for women with fine textured hair. Completely burnt my scalp. The girl who did my hair obviously wasn’t professional at all. My braids are thick and EXTREMELY TIGHT. My hair is fuzzy like I’ve had the braids in for at least a week. It’s a bloody mess. So I called to complain the very next day because I was unable to sleep last due to the extreme tenderness. The lady kept talking over me and kept saying she wasn’t rude and why didn’t I tell them it was tight while getting it done, WHICH I DID. It didn’t look great when I left but I had to go because of practice. Nonetheless I asked for a re-do so we will see how that goes tomorrow. Lastly I would not recommend this place at all. Obviously the first two reviews are related and work at the shop.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!!! I will never recommend this shop to anyone. I went to the shop arrived 15 mins early the owner showed up 2 hrs later and told the other lady to start the back of my hair when the owner arrived she took over to do the front it took 6 hrs to do the top she was very nasty, rude and loud she was mad bcuz I didn’t want my hair burned and proceded to tell me let her do her job the way she wants to, when I’m paying my money for this. I should have never allowed her to complete the top I should have walked out immediately lesson well learned.

I use to go there regularly for a few yrs, after the 1st big disappointment, I found someone else. After a couple of yrs, I gave her another chance. Never again. I had an apt for 12, got there, she asked if I could come bk at 5. I was going out of town, Ruin my ENTIRE day. Had to find someone else to do a style that not many do. Sitting in a shop now at 10:13 pm and just getting started. This bas been so frustrating.

Stay far away from this braiding shop!! There horrible I only went to get the front and the back retouched up like maybe 20 braids med.box braids (they didn’t do my original style) First off the owner had some black ass retarded girl do my hair she took out my braids and started to redo my hair with out even combing my hair out I had to tell her do it (just sad) so the owner decided to do my hair just say she’s know better my braids looks bad all my ends are chopped up you can tell from my original braids so now I have to get my whole head redone so pissed .I really wished I would have waited for my original braid shop to be open and not wasted my money it took 3hrs for 20braids come on lesson learned.

This place is terrible I never suggest going here to anyone!!!!! I made an appointment for 9:30am and the braider showed up at 10:30am! As she burning my ends she is burning me with the candle. Then the price they quoted me was a whole $50 dollar more than what was orginally said!! This place is terrible I can’t stress that enough they do a decent job but they have terrible customer service. I believe in supporting small business but f*** this place don’t get your hair done here!!!

Unprofessional, rude, ghetto robbing shop. No skills here or professionalism. Stylist do big braids in back small in front hope you dont notice. I had her take them out. Another stylist walk out while doing my hair. I had to switch shops and go across the street who did a excellent job! Stylist also theives stole my phone and theres no camera to prove. Wont be back to this thristy shop.
