I used to come here all the time to get my hair braided but I will Never go there again. They are very unprofessional and doesn’t care about how they do your braids. I don’t understand why they are so rude but gladly take your money. This time was the worse experience. I had an appointment for 5pm and they didn’t start on my hair until 7pm, I should’ve left but I really needed my hair braided. My braids looked terrible and was too tight and was not worth the money they charged me. The hair they use is not good quality hair so the braids look old and not neat. I would never recommend them to anyone.

One lady told me to come up to the shop, so I head up there. I am 2 minutes away, and she calls back saying basically I took too long and started on someone else’s hair. I had my hair did for my wedding and it wasn’t tight and I was able to style it and it was 2 of us getting our hair did and I had to wait for someone else to come in but no complaints…very fast Braids

I have came here several times throughout the years and I always make an appointment. Let’s just say I got there at 930 a.m., on time along with another young lady who also had an appointment and low and behold no one was there and the doors were locked. Someone finally showed up at about 10:15 a.m. When they did show up it was only one person so that left me out to dry. I scheduled a appointment and took off work because I’m going out of town so I waited 3 hours to get my head started on. I was going to leave and run some errands but I kept being told to wait that someone was on the way, but this was not the case. I cannot complain about the work they did even though my micros were not done with the hair that I wanted but it looks okay. When I went to pay the manager did not want to take ownership of her employees not showing up on time and me waiting so she just wanted to take $10 off, what a joke when I waisted my whole day on a 8 hour job, and I didnt get home until 9:00 p.m. and she kept saying the person before me showed early and got my spot but me and the girl talked and her appointment was for the same time as mine. Then she said she had to Uber someone in and pay them so she couldn’t take off anymore. She clearly does not respect time and she floated in at 4:00 p.m. and then they kept stopping to go and pick up children and so forth. It was very unprofessional for the prices being charged. If you acting like you doing hair in your kitchen then your prices need to go with that so that if you can’t be on time or you got to stop every hour to go pick up children, then your prices will accommodate a person and they won’t have a complaint because they will know what to expect. Another suggestion will be is don’t make appointments just have walk-ins if you say people don’t show up for appointments make them pay a deposit because most people that make appointments do it for a reason and they respect time obviously and you should know a regular customer.

Critical: QualityWent and got Cornrows. It was frizzy, not to mention a whole braid came up now i have a bald spot. Didn’t get the style i asked for. Used their own hair after providing my own because my scalp is sensitive and was like my hair was “ bad hair” but I have used it multiple times it was antibacterial pre stretched.
