I took my daughter to her appointment today and the doors were locked no one was there. They completely forgot about our appointment and this has happened twice now and there’s no excuse for that. They are very disorganized! We ended up going to Fattusha’s salon on the east side instead they did a great job plus she got the same style that she has gotten at pinky’s and it was only 180.00 Pinky charges 280.00. Pinky you need to lower your prices and become better organized otherwise you will continue to lose customers!

I don’t even know where to start because my experience with this place was more than 5 stars. I was extremely impressed with their makeup services. I had come from out of town for my Wedding. I had booked my appointment with Ulta at St. Cloud Mall and only to get there and was told no booking was showing on their system. I freaked out based on the fact my wedding was starting in 3 hrs time. Ulta finally admitted that their employee quit and that on that day they had no makeup artist. I started calling into places and when I called African Pinkylicious Salon, they agreed to accomodate me. Gladys, the owner of this place, was very welcoming, present and went above and beyond to ensure that the makeup was done on time. She not only did my make up, but also styled my hair free of charge. Hibaq did my make up and she was also very present. In addition to that, she had a small baby but regardless, was able to go above and beyond.

This is Ridiculous, they overprice for no reason when the shops that is located in the cities charges half or a percentage lower than what they are charging for braids! simple braids! I do not recommend the shop to anyone if you do, out Of desperation! Be willing to pay over price for not such a good job!!!! they’re not patient and have very bad attitudes!!!! I took the 45 minute drive to a wonderful braiding shop that smell very welcoming…. And they did a very good job on my knotless braids for 175…

Prices Ridiculous I asked for kinky twist she told me $200 without hair and was very rude I would deal with Fattuse she does kinky twist 180 including hair I would not recommend I am big on customer service and they failed very bad with the attitude the end!
