Do not patronize these people. Deede messed my hair up. Lied and said I cut it. Lied and said I was trying to cunning get it longer when I asked for a little past my shoulders. I only wanted it long enough to Put in a bun. I don’t know what this is I got. I paid what she asked me to. But I didn’t know she had cut it in all these lengths.or that she was cutting it. She said she was cutting the strings from the bottom. That was my fault for not looking at it because she pull it back to seal it with hot water and put it in a ponytail. When I got home I seen what she did and called and ask for a partial refund and she got rude and unprofessional with me. I said I will Write reviews ,contact the BBB and take you to court and her response was YOU CAN TAKE ME ANYWHERE. do not go to them. They could care less about you. They are very rude and unprofessional. A Negative 0 stars is what I give them. And Yes I have started a Small claim against them and I’m sure she will respond with more lies. But go on Facebook (Detroit Hair and Nails ) to see the whole truth. Her and my messages and the lies she told. I’m very displeased with the whole thing.00000 stars 000. Please don’t waste your money.

Cynthia is the best.Briads are always uniform an last. Have followed her from shop to shop because of her workmanship ,for that reason. Explain exactly what you want UP FRONT,if it can be done they will let you know. Also keep in mind all hair is not for all styles.Shop is always neat& comfortable.

I don’t usually do reviews, especially if I haven’t had it done personally. but come on now you know this is wrong on all levels, rather she wanted shoulder length or back length. I’ve had all types of braids done. These braids are horrible, look at the bottom of them, they’re all uneven, it looks like you just took some scissors and started chopping. Why would you cut them like that?
