Positive: QualityI’ll just say, be VERY specific in what style you want. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, but there was a miscommunication about the size of the braids and they did them MUCH smaller. I didn’t realize it was different until they were a good way in with the braiding, and I would have had them stop and restart but I had an engagement later that evening and did not want to be late.I will say, the style they did turned out very nice, and it is quality braiding. Also the shop itself is quite small, about the size of a large closet. Very cramped. I’ll just say, be VERY specific in what style you want. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, but there was a miscommunication about the size of the braids and they did them MUCH smaller. I didn’t realize it was different until they were a good way in with the braiding, and I would have had them stop and restart but I had an engagement later that evening and did not want to be late.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a zero ! So I had to choose 1 star. This place is an absolute scam. Beware !!! She inflated the agreed upon price after I was in the chair. Really shabby job. My hair is gapped all over the place. Hair fell out the very next day. Had to go to another braid shop and have the entire crochet taken out and done again properly. 75.00 worth of hair cut unevenly and ruined. 375.00 in damages I fully intend to recoup in small claims court. DO NOT use this shop. Buyer beware.
