Critical: ProfessionalismI was quoted a price on braids and it was not honored and I left the salon without service. However, 10 minutes later someone called me to come back and explained they would honor the price. When I arrived, I was then asked how I wanted my braids and the Lady proceeded to say that the price would be 40 dollars more than the original quote. It was a horrible experience, as I was called to come back to the salon for a price that was not honored after all. 220 dollars was the quote, however upon arrival I was given a quote of 260 dollars. This price would have been acceptable, absent a quote given after I sent a picture of myself with the braids that I was requesting. I would definitely not reccomend patronizing this business. No professionalism at all because noone should have called me to come back if they wanted to go back and forth about the original quote. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityVery unprofessional, super slow, honestly this place needs to close. Please do not spend your money here they over price you and want to take breaks constantly when doing your hair you will be there forever!!! Please do not waste your time or money just go somewhere else, they are not worth the hassle at all.
