I sat in the chair for 30 min while she separated the hair. When she finally did start it took her 6 hours to do 23 cornrows. For all of that i could’ve gotten some individuals. Never again!!!!

I finally found someone to braid my hair and her name is “Berthe.” I’ve been to a few salons, but a good braider/stylist is hard to find. She gets the job done and I like her work. My only issue is with the products that some ppl use to finis it off. If your not a fan of a bunch of products used to finish off the look let her know.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOkay, listen up! If you want a professional braiding shop, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE ! Save your coins and go somewhere else because this braiding shop is terrible. I’m told to come before 8:30, which I arrived at 8:20pm. I didn’t get called to sit down in the seat until 10:00pm and then the lady tells me they don’t have the color hair I wanted. Not to mention she tried to tell me that because it was late at night they were going to charge me more. She even said “we don’t tell people the full details over the phone.” This is a shop people should avoid at all costs. Most importantly, 2-3 other customers were complaining in the shop. I’m usually not the one to write bad reviews but this place earned theirselves a bad review. Take your money and time else where.Okay, listen up! This is by far the worst hair braiding place I have experienced!!! I went to them on two occasions and both were bad. The first time I got Marley twist! The twist was way more expensive then Any other shop and they did it very messy. I had twist that were unraveling and also a lot of my twist were very larger than the others. I did not like how they braided the top and then started to twist the ends. I thought maybe they can do another style for me so I gave them another try taking my Marley twist as a lost. I went back to this salon and tried another person to sew in a weave for me. I explained what part of my hair I wanted left out. I went home that night only to come back the next day bc one, the back of my hair was very skimp and they needed to add some more tracks and also they did not install them in correctly. When I asked the girl to fix it to my liking she gave me an attitude. They charge way more than an average braiding shop and they get mad when you ask them to do something. She then called me a liar because I told her that it was still not right! I will NEVER GO BACK!!!! Don’t go here!!!

I haven’t been here in a while but these ladies are the absolute best! There was free wifi when I went and they offered drinks as you got your hair done. They did a few changes last time I was there and I was impressed. They also had some amazing purses! PLEASE PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THEY ONLY TAKE CASH!!!! I would take it cause it might have changed since I last went, but I don’t think they have.

BAD SERVICE…..I went into this hair braiding place because the one I’m used too was a little too far and I knew it wasn’t good service because they didn’t open on time and opened almost 30 minutes to an hour late. While they finally opened there was only one lady who already started doing hair and had me & my sister wait almost another hour to get our hair done. My sister eventually has someone come in to do her hair but I still had to wait for someone to come in. I asked for faux goddess locs and the lady was complaining about the hair and when she was halfway done I politely asked her if she could fix the ends because they didn’t look right and the way she was doing them looked they’re going to fall out easily and I wanted to get my money’s worth. The lady asked for $250 for goddess locs which wasn’t even close to my mid-back. The locs eventually started unraveling not even a week later and the ends started coming out. I would not recommend this place ♀️
