Positive: ProfessionalismHello Beautiful,I just saw that you posted some very nasty things about me void of the truth. Let me post what you should have posted.You were given a same day appointment without paying the $25 deposit. You showed up to shop while I was with a client and you were unmasked. All my good patrons know that there is no waiting nor am I double booked therefore you come at appointed time and enjoy a peaceful and blissfull transition. Also you told me the story of how 2 other Braiders took your deposits (I should have noted that was a red flag!) You wanted a hairstyle that was going to take all 20 years of my braiding skills because the amount of damage to your hair was extensive (you know what I’m talking about Sis), then after you finally settled on the 7th choice of style you selected; you then started falling asleep complaining of being up the night before. So I asked you if it would be better for you to come back in the morning you agreed. I told you it was $25 deposit not to mention I braided the bottom layer of a three layer micro-cornrow style. So you left called back 30 min later and wanted the deposit back I told you NO! You were mad I wasn’t giving you a $25 back after I had spent the time separating the hair, braiding your hair and cancelling a paying customer. YOU called the police who told you to leave my business, since it was you who changed your mind about service after service was given. Everyone knows I’m professional.
