I call the owner before i get there to make sure they were open . And I told her what I wanted she charged me 140! So I get there the lady that’s supposed to be doing my hair wasn’t there yet they were very rude . So she gets there and she comes in yelling . so then she goes outside and talks in the phone for about 20-30 mins. She was very aggressive with my hair . So boom I finish getting my hair done and now she’s saying it’s $170 because I got jumbo … she never asked me what size I wanted . So then she tried to make me stay and sit down while my mom went to go and get the other $20 dollars DO NOT GO THERE ! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (the owner was nice though) and I like my hair .

The woman braiding my hair did not like the pictures that I showed her and proceeded to braid my hair how she wanted. After the third time stopping her she says that I need to take it out myself if I don’t like it. This was my last day off before flying out for vacation so I didn’t have another option to get my hair done at another place. She then proceeded to excessively pull my hair and didn’t bother using gell on my ends. After all the changes that were made a $180 hairstyle became a $240 one. Definitely not worth it.

The worst experience i went in Saturday they was to full asked mariam can she do my hair sunday she said no even though she has done my hair a couple times and i liked it. But instead this day they were saying how she know you because I’ve been coming here a year and some months now sorry you guys only remember certain people. Well anyway i was charged more this time and the woman she suggested to do my hair Sunday was an hour and ten minutes late for appointment and she didn’t do my hair the right way at all. Also she did it so tight and pulling, parts off and turned around and laugh cause it was tooo tight and also had the nerve to ask me did i want it in ponytail i said no and she continued to laugh.
