Critical: ProfessionalismI have been to fiffi on multiple occasions and almost each time I had an issue with their services. I got feed in braids with a pattern of one big braid and one small braid and she “forgot” one of the small braids so it looked horrible and she didn’t say anything and I didn’t notice until after my appointment. Their scheduling is off and unorganized even if you set an appointment you might have to wait in the shop for hours until they decide they are ready to start braiding and half of the time there aren’t even customers waiting. If you want you hair don’t PLEASE don’t go here I will be a waste of not only money but time. Also I went and had an appointment but got sent away. I have been to fiffi on multiple occasions and almost each time I had an issue with their services. I got feed in braids with a pattern of one big braid and one small braid and she “forgot” one of the small braids so it looked horrible and she didn’t say anything and I didn’t notice until after my appointment. I do not recommend these services. Bindu was booked so I went to try them out.My scalp is itchy from the hair they used as well. $180 down the drain!!!DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. Critical: Quality, ValueJust got my hair done two weeks ago and some came out. I called asking for a touch up and the lady was rude and said they are not doing touch ups. I was willing to pay to have it done even though they should accommodate as some of the braids came out. The lady was very very rude.Service: Hair extensions

Critical: QualityI paid $180.00 for cornrows and box braids in the back. I tipped the braider $20.00. The braider did a good job, however because my hair was short in the back in one spot. The 3rd day 3 box braids fell out and the braider did nothing catch the hair up in a couple spots that were longer. So after a week or so I called to ask can I get the box braids touched up in the back and I was laughed at and told they normally touch up the front. So my response was I’ll pay to have them touched up and I said I could wait until the weekend to get an appointment, which would be 4 days later. She told me call back to see if they have time. I paid $180.00 for cornrows and box braids in the back. I tipped the braider $20.00. The braider did a good job, however because my hair was short in the back in one spot. The 3rd day 3 box braids fell out and the braider did nothing catch the hair up in a couple spots that were longer. I went in on day 6 to get them fixed and her and her sister were very rude and accused me of swimming when I in fact had not even had them wet in the shower!
