Critical: ProfessionalismAfter my original braid salon screwed my appt up, I called around to almost every salon trying to get service. This salon answered the phone, asked me to send pics and told me she could take me at 6:30 today. I texted again prior to my appt to let her know I was on the way and no response. I then drove to the address listed and it was a vacant building. I called her at least 10x and texted, she didn’t answer. My husband called, someone answered and hung up. I’m very disappointed. After my original braid salon screwed my appt up, I called around to almost every salon trying to get service. This salon answered the phone, asked me to send pics and told me she could take me at 6:30 today. I texted again prior to my appt to let her know I was on the way and no response. My braids began to slip after just over a week of Receiving my them . When I reached out to her in regards to replacing the ones that’d fallen out she seemed to be avoidant and would not answer calls or text. after multiple times of reaching out to her and paying her a very good amount of money I had to take my braids out before even having them in for two weeks.
