Aua is the Best around. Kiesha is also very nice. Both braiders are welcoming. Any style I want Aua can do it. My head is big but she always takes her time to do it. Very neat braids. I highly recommend this hair salon. Box Braids

Critical: ProfessionalismMy hair looks good. I’m satisfied with how it came out.However I believe I should have gotten some sort of discount or accommodation. The first girl tasked to do my hair was very unprofessional.I believe her name is Kesha.- When I arrived I started to unbraid my hair as a COURTESY to help the process move faster. Kesha decided to sit down when she realized I started to do it myself. Once the owner asked her to get up and help me she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth.SO UNPROFESSIONAL.- She complained and had poor body language from the time I arrived to the time I left.- When she started my hair she decided she didn’t like the hair I chose because she didn’t want to separate the individual strands for my butterfly loc style. She then asked me to leave to buy different hair that “ should “ have created the same style as well as braiding gel when I already had the hair I wanted. After leaving and returning to the salon to purchase the hair I realized it was not going to provide the intended results. All because she was too lazy to separate the hair I chose!This caused me to spend extra money on hair I never needed in the first place.I left and got in contact with the owner who agreed to do my hair the next morning. I was satisfied with the style and service from the owner. When it was time to pay I was still charged full price despite the experience I had the day before.I believe my time and money were stolen. I’m disappointed and angry in the service I received and will never return to this salon. I do not recommend this place unless it’s your last resort.My hair looks good. They Are the Best in what they Do !! They Have GREAT prices But they need to work on making people’s appointments when they come in and not making them wait and definitely not take in people who don’t have appointment in front of the people who do ….Update : My last day here and they are still taking people ahead of people without appointments and the worst part is they are finishing before the person who had that appointment made

Can’t tell you how they braid because I waited 40 mins for someone to get there! I text the day before about was it cash only… and told her that I would see her tomorrow at 9. I got to the salon at 859 and gave the 10 mins before I called. I called… I text.. called again!!! After 35 mins of waiting … she text me asking me if the girls are there?! Smh!!! Sad because I’m the first to write down a negative review!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy daughter made an appointment for 9 am and upon arrival 2 people were already being worked on with others waiting, she waited 1hr and a half not being seen yet as they took a young lady before my daughter she called me and told me i told her to leave and i will schedule somewhere else, as she was leaving one of the braiders said oh you can wait she is on her way my daughter looked confused the braider that said that was the one that the appt was made with my daughter left and has an appointment for later in the day elsewhere….
