Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHorrible customer service. The ladies are so rude. I arrived for a service at 10am and my service didn’t begin until 11am. Keep in mind there were two available braiders, both whom were occupied with their phones. One of the eventually started my hair. The website statement the service was supposed 4 hours and I was there for 9 hours. My hair was ok but not what I had asked for. The girl kept stopping to tend to her phone and other customers. Keep in mind there were two available braiders, both whom were occupied with their phones. One of the eventually started my hair. My experience wasn’t so great this last time I went. They ladies that were doing my hair stopped to eat and didn’t wash their hands when it was time for them to start my braids again, they like to stop a lot to talk on the phone, and they are unprofessional. I was dissatisfied about the size of my braids when she started and I ask if she could fix thrm to the size I ask for and she had an attitude about changing the size. Some of their work is good but you have to watch them because they aren’t so clean.

These ladies really do good work, however, their attitudes and work ethics are a disgrace. The lady who did my hair was groaning, rude, disrespectful, impatient, not professional, nor nice to me at all. When I was trying to show her pictures that showed what I wanted my hair to look like, she caught an attitude with me and said, “what, what?” , as if she wasn’t interested in hearing what I had to say at all, so at that point I gave up having conversations with her because she had an evil spirit and a bad vibe which I hated and couldn’t deal with, so as a I got my hair braided, I was silent. Also, she talked on her cellphone the whole entire time as she did my hair which was really annoying. These ladies are really talented, but I can NOT & will NOT come back. They are way too unprofessional. They complain and murmer about doing clients hair and finishing clients hair. Not only those things, but they take unnecessary and too many breaks just to get away from doing or finishing their clients hair. If they don’t want to finish a clients hair, they will talk amongst each other about not wanting to finish their clients head and having someone else to do it right in front of their clients. Then, if the person who started a client’s head doesn’t want to finish, she will leave and go do another client’s head while a different braider comes and does the client’s head that the girl who started left.

Very unprofessional! My daughter got a scalp infection behind going here and letting them do her hair. They work on a client’s head and leave that head to work on another’s without cleaning their utensils. NEVER AGAIN!

Very unprofessional they don’t braid neat. One day I was there getting some twist oh by the way I took them out the same day, they don’t nothing about style. A girl got her hair braided before me and when she left they talked about her very bad!!!!!

I went got supposed to be tree braids on 2-8 had to go back on 2-10 lets not even get on there bad attuides there not friendly at all Sankay say she fixed my hair put my hair up 2-12 hole braids came attached from my heaf so i call sankay told her the sisuation which zhe remember who i was cause she so called fix my hair so she told me i can come friday and if i wantef to get another she would discount it so i was like hmmm so i hung up call her back she went talking bout she had to pay the girl and she have to pay bills i told her me to so she blamed it on my hair being fragile bur if yall are proffesinal why not tell me that once you seen my hair theb she say she could fix it friday or let the girl fix it why would i back to her who messed it from the beginning i ask for some of my money back she say she dont do refund ok so thats why i ask for another style since she claim its my jsur but at this point i want my money back wr come to them because they supposed to be professional customer are always right i thought not good customer service just like sankay have to work hard so do i i don’t have $160 sit around to just give away i ask for half my money not all which i should be refunded now my edges gone and no money hair wasn’t up week

They braid very neat and according to what you want but they need to let people know what location they are going to be at before you drive back and forth from this shop to that shop and they shouldn’t cancel on you either that made me upset but other than that it’s amazing
