I have tried calling this place multiple times to get a price check and see if I would like to set up an appointment, but nobody answers the phone. One time I immediately got sent to the voice-mail to where one isn’t set up yet so I could leave a msg for them to return my call. It says this place closes at 8. Why am I not able to talk to anyone?

I called to make an appointment with Isabel and the lady who answered said she would go check if she was available on the Day that i requested. She put the phone down and left me hanging, i could hear them talking and watching TV on the background and she never returned to the phone. Extremely bad customer service

Got box braids for the first time. I love them!! It only took 3 hrs and was a really great price. You can bring in your own hair. I bought mine on amazon. There is also a full shop so you can buy your hair onsite as well as the products you need to maintain it.
