I truly regret all the time and money i spent at this facility. They were infested with cockroaches and pretty unprofessional. When I got there at my scheduled appointment time, they were rude and acted like they didn’t wanna speak to me. I was not served until nearly 3 hours later where the stylist proceeded to keep stopping to talk with her friend or eat. I arrived just 2 and didn’t leave til nearly 10. And in the end, it was so tight it left welts on my scalp.
