After being turned away from a braid shop, I came here. I showed a picture of a style that I wanted to the braider and she told me that she can do it. Needless to say, she exceeded my expectations and gave me exactly what I wanted. Yes, the shop needs an interior upgrade and is a bit pricey but the talent is definitely there. You get what you pay for. I will be returning for fresh braids in a few weeks. I have found a home for braids. Thank you African Braid Master!!!

my friend came into this shop with high expectations. he left with low self esteem. he asked for travis scott braids and he got Kendrick lamar braids ( a worse version ). I don’t know why you all did this to my friend. he paid $50 to get his hair done and I feel after seeing his hair that he not only wasted $50 but also 3 hours of his life he was in the chair getting his hair done, and also the 8 hours he worked to get the $50. I am highly upset because not just 1 but 2 , TWO people worked on his head and neither of them could get it right. he wanted 4 braids in his head and ended up with 50 twizzlers in his head. I am disappointed you would do this to my friend and more disappointed that he was recommended to this store. his whole family was crying because they were laughing so hard, one of his brothers almost threw up because he was laughing so hard. after seeing what you have done to my friend’s head I would recommend that if your looking to get your hair braided go somewhere else. I am appalled at this monstrosity that you have left on my friend’s head.

Was told to come in for an appointment for Senegalese twists at 9:30 am. Came there at the specified time and they said no one was able to do them and come back at 11:30. Come back and she’s not available. No explanation, no apology nothing.

The customer service was horrible. Three people working on my head at first the braids looked good but once I got home I notice diffrent size braids and the length was not even. I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible horrible horrible!
